Responsibilities
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Understand client needs and identify opportunities to offer additional relevant services or products.
Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address evolving needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
Track client interactions and manage account data within the CRM system.
Strive to exceed client expectations and foster loyalty and advocacy.
Proven experience in account management or a client-facing sales role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and client retention.
Ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio effectively.
