Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)


This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses.


Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full support provided)
 • Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of your start date
 • We provide guidance, resources, and support to help you successfully complete the licensing process



Role Overview


As an Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, supporting service needs, resolving issues, and ensuring policies remain accurate and effective. This role is primarily service-focused, with opportunities to contribute to growth through thoughtful, needs-based in-book sales conversations.


Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and contribution to agency growth.


Responsibilities


Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and long-term growth


Serve as a primary contact for customer service and policy-related needs


Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and help ensure customers are properly protected


Assist with policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, and account updates


Provide professional support in resolving complex customer concerns


Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and pivot service conversations into in-book sales


Recommend insurance solutions using a needs-based, customer-first approach


Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity


Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience


Ensure compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements


Qualifications


Strong customer service and relationship-building skills


Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills


Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer experience


Comfortable discussing coverage options and identifying sales opportunities when appropriate


Prior insurance, account management, or customer-facing experience preferred


Leadership mindset and strong follow-through


Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above
