ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency on August 1, 2025, and we’re currently a growing team of two with big plans for the future. Before opening my own office, I spent five years as a State Farm team member. From early on, I had the vision of running my own agency so I could make a larger impact on both customers and the community.
I’m a graduate of the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business and married to my high school sweetheart, Dana. We don’t have kids yet, but family is a core part of how I live and lead. I’m also looking forward to becoming more involved in the local community as the agency continues to grow.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Matt Kolln - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
