RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and nurture customer relationships to enhance retention and support agency growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations to meet client needs.
- Manage and resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Utilize your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both new and existing clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
- Required License: Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C), or willingness to obtain licensing.
