Position Overview


At the Sally Wolff State Farm Agency, our Account Managers play a key role in building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people protect what matters most.
 
 You will work directly with new and existing customers to manage accounts, identify coverage needs, and provide solutions that create long-term value and trust.




Key Responsibilities


·        Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
·        Review customer accounts and proactively recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
·        Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support
·        Follow up on leads, quotes, and cross-selling opportunities
·        Ensure accurate and timely processing of policy updates and documentation
·        Work collaboratively with team members to meet agency goals and deliver a seamless customer experience
·        Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality


Qualifications


·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·        Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
·        Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
·        Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
·        Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and initiative
·        Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
·        Insurance experience and licensing is a plus (must be able to obtain MN Property, Casualty and Life License)
