I opened my agency in 2025 after working with State Farm since 2018 as a team member and discovering a real passion for business ownership. Building something of my own—while helping others do the same—has been incredibly rewarding. I powered through my first year as an agent with both a toddler and a newborn at home, which reinforced how important resilience, flexibility, and support are in both work and life.

Community involvement is a big part of who we are. I’m active with Young Life, while my wife works with Young Lives supporting teen moms. We’re also involved in our local church and Chamber of Commerce, and we plan to host a dedicated service day as the agency continues to grow.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ashby Clark - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
