State Farm Agency – Multi-Office Agency (MOA)
Serving the St. Louis Metro Area with two locations:


  • St. Charles County - St. Peters
  • South St. Louis County - Oakville

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide coverage recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Proactively follow up and identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and meet customer needs.
QUALIFICATIONS


  • No experience required—we will train the right person, but you must be eager to learn and improve every day.
  • A genuine desire to help people and communicate with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated, hardworking mindset—someone who is willing to outwork everyone and take ownership of results.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations and build relationships consistently.
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain required state insurance licensing.
