What You’ll Do


  • Prospect and build relationships: Connect with prospective customers and strengthen existing client relationships through consistent, consultative outreach
  • Run effective follow-ups: Contact leads and customers to move opportunities forward and ensure coverage needs are met
  • Match insurance solutions: Conduct conversations to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Provide sales-centered customer service: Help clients with questions related to eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim guidance, and billing
  • Support retention and growth: Focus on long-term client success by improving the likelihood of referrals, renewals, and additional policy growth
Who You Are


  • Sales experience is preferred (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing)—but not required
  • You’re passionate about marketing and selling solutions based on what customers actually need
  • You have strong communication skills and listen carefully to uncover opportunities
  • You’re motivated by performance goals and enjoy building your pipeline
  • You anticipate customer needs and follow through consistently
  • You’re service-minded, professional, and comfortable in a customer-facing role
