ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I’ve always been passionate about helping people and building strong relationships, which is what led me into the insurance industry. My husband, Angel, and I have been married for 28 years, and we have two children. I’m a proud graduate of Florida State University where I majored in Risk Management and Insurance — Go ’Noles!
Giving back to the community is a huge part of who I am. I stay actively involved with organizations including the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida, Aspire Plant City, the Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce, and several local school programs and booster organizations. Building connections and supporting others has always been important to me both personally and professionally.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Courtney Paat - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
