Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)


This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses.


• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full support provided)
 • Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of your start date
 • We provide guidance, resources, and support to help you successfully complete the licensing process


Role Overview


As an Account Manager, your primary focus is driving new business and growing existing accounts. You will work with both prospective and current customers, conduct policy reviews, and recommend coverage solutions that meet their needs.


Success in this role is measured by production, relationship development, and overall contribution to agency growth.


Key Responsibilities


Generate new business through proactive outreach, referrals, and follow-up


Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth


Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities


Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies


Handle customer needs and resolve issues while maintaining a positive experience


Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity


Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and office production goals


Ensure compliance with agency standards and applicable regulations


Qualifications


Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals


Proven ability or strong desire to hit sales targets


Strong communication and relationship-building skills


Confidence engaging in sales conversations and asking for the business


Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Leadership and interpersonal skills


Prior insurance, sales, or account management experience preferred
