Compensation: $50,0000 Base Salary + Performance bonuses/commission
Total Target Comp: $70,000 - $80,000.

We are looking for a sharp, dependable Operations & Sales Manager to help run day-to-day operations, support Agency growth, and step in on complex customer needs. This role is critical to keeping the Agency moving efficiently while continuing to drive sales. This is a hands-on execution role, not a micromanagement position.
Day to Day Operations
Quote new Prospects
Follow up with Prospects
Provide all State Farm benefits
Ensure leads are handled correctly and promptly
Coordinate follow ups, documentation, and internal processes
Keep Agency owner informed/updated with any potential issues/areas of opportunities.
Sales and Customer Support
Working provided leads by Agency
Creating your own opportunities from X-dates, Referrals, Community marketing.
Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
Use existing retentions systems as well as coming up with additional ideas to implement.
What Success looks like (First 90 Days)
You can independently run daily operations
Customer issues are resolved quickly and confidently
Sales follow-up improved and missed opportunities decrease.
Owner time spent on day-to-day task is significantly reduced.
