Key Responsibilities


  •  Generate and manage a steady pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities 
  •  Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions 
  •  Present and bind policies across insurance and financial service products 
  •  Follow up persistently on leads, quotes, and renewal opportunities to drive conversions 
  •  Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking within agency systems 
  •  Support client service needs when required while identifying additional sales opportunities
