ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an account manager for Wayne Edwards State Farm, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on new sales of auto, home, and life insurance policies, building lasting relationships with clients while delivering exceptional service. This role requires licensed professionals with Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life/Health insurance credentials

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in auto, home, and life insurance sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth client experience.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure timely policy issuance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life/Health insurance licenses required.
  • Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in auto, home, and life insurance.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
