Position Overview:
We’re looking for a proven Property & Casualty sales professional who knows how to win business and build relationships the right way. As an Account Manager on our team, you’ll focus on growing new business through referrals, networking, and your existing local connections — with the support of an award-winning agency that prioritizes coaching, mentorship, and culture.

Compensation & Earning Potential:
  • Expected first-year earnings: $105,000 (salary + commission)
  • Base salary is flexible and depends on experience and what you bring to the table
  • Additional earning upside for candidates who are Health/Life licensed or willing to obtain it
  • Strong performers can earn more than the first-year expectation
