ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Fred Milton State Farm
is seeking an organized and efficient individual to customers with their insurance needs. Candidates will answer phones, assist customers with bill pay and filing claims. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. 
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Communicate efficiently with customers.
  • Will work with agent/owner to promote business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Must obtain Property and Casualty; Life/Health Licenses within 6-8 weeks of hire date (agent will assist with the process).
