Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of two with strong ties to the local community. I began my career working for another State Farm agent right out of college and opened my own agency shortly after, bringing a strong foundation and drive to build something meaningful.
I’m a graduate of West Virginia University, married, and enjoy golfing and traveling in my free time.
We’re very active in the community, supporting local sports and sponsorships, and have become a trusted presence in a small, close-knit area.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a representative for Hayden Stewart State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
