What You’ll Do

Manage client accounts using State Farm platforms and service workflows
Support policyholders with changes, billing inquiries, certificates, and claims follow-up
Conduct proactive coverage reviews to ensure customers are properly protected
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on client needs and life events
Maintain strong relationships that support retention and referrals

What We’re Looking For

Active Property & Casualty license (Life & Health a plus)
At least 1 year of experience working in a State Farm agency
Proficient in State Farm platforms (NECHO, ECRM, P&C/L&H workflows, etc.)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Service-oriented with the ability to confidently pivot into sales when appropriate
