ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2025 and we’re currently a growing team of two with a strong foundation and big goals ahead. Before opening my office, I spent 20 years in the sporting industry, and I made the move into State Farm because I wanted the opportunity to run my own business while making a real difference by helping people protect what matters most.
Outside of work, I’m a retired ultramarathoner, and that mindset carries into how I lead: consistent effort, staying motivated, and always working to improve. I believe success comes from showing up every day, doing the right things, and taking care of people the right way.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tim Urbine - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
