As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing, nurturing and growing client relationships. Your focus will be on ensuring successful service delivery, building strong partnerships, penetrating clients, and exceeding performance goals.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Handle day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, including interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
    • Develop and maintain robust client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
    • Collaborate with customer contacts and key decision-makers to understand needs and propose effective solutions.
  2. Sales Execution and Account Growth:
    • Responsible for account management and sales execution.
    • Establish relationships with client stakeholders, pursuing additional business within existing client accounts, including access to new job categories, contract roles, SOWs, projects, and direct hire opportunities.
    • Maximize and expand existing client and contractor relationships to drive sales.
    • Evaluate and determine the most effective methods to maintain positive customer and contractor relations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment.
    • Develop innovative solutions and ideas for penetrating assigned accounts.
  3. Operational Excellence:
    • Update and maintain client information in accordance with company standards.
    • Ensure timely and successful service delivery aligned with customer objectives.
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams including the Recruiting/Delivery Team, Back Office Teams, etc., to guarantee customer satisfaction, represent all lines of business effectively, and meet companywide goals.
  4. Strategic Planning and Metrics Tracking:
    • Conduct regular in-depth client analysis, strategic account planning, and forecasting.
    • Track key account metrics and collaborate with internal teams to meet performance expectations.
    • Report on key performance indicators, maintaining accurate records.
  5. Compliance and Teamwork:
    • Maintain 100% compliance with company and customer policies and processes.
    • Reinforce the teamwork concept to ensure continuity of service.
  6. Effective Problem Resolution:
    • Take ownership of all incoming concerns and issues from clients.
    • Investigate and resolve any client-related concerns promptly.
  7. Client Knowledge and Industry Trends:
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of clients, industry dynamics, trends, and current events.
    • Stay informed about market developments that impact client needs.
  8. Administrative Support:
    • Provide additional administrative assistance as needed, including backup coverage for team members.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Travel:
    • Must be available for local and national travel to attend client meetings, events, etc.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    • Effective communication is essential for client interactions.
    • Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proven Account Management Experience:
    • Minimum 2-3 years of successful account management experience in the staffing industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to penetrate existing client accounts.
  • Educational Background:
    • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or Sales/Marketing is preferred.
  • Relationship Building and Leadership:
    • Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
    • Exhibit strong leadership qualities and decision-making skills.
  • Analytical Abilities and Attention to Detail:
    • Assess client needs, develop proposals, and deliver effective solutions.
    • Analyze data, communicate results, and maintain accurate records.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving:
    • Operate successfully in ambiguous situations.
    • Prioritize effectively and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office:
    • Familiarity with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
