We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team! This is a remote (i.e., work-from-home) position with significant flexibility. Florida 2-20 or 20-44 insurance license and prior insurance experience is required. You will be responsible for selling insurance products to existing customers/new prospects and also servicing customer accounts. Major bonus opportunities and benefits available.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Retain, take care of, and Cross-sell products to existing customers

Provide information about the products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products and services


Requirements

Previous experience in insurance customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Attention to detail

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Insurance license
