The model is designed to provide flexibility for better work‑life balance while keeping teams connected to advance science for patients.CompensationBase salary ranges for the primary location (Remote‑USA‑MN) are $77,200 – $106,150. Other U.S. locations have the same range. For positions performed in Colorado, the range is also $77,200 – $106,150. Compensation offers consider geography, experience, education, job‑related skills, duties, and business need. Benefits, bonus, commission, and equity are not included in the listed ranges.Physical Demands and Workplace EnvironmentEmployee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment. The majority of the work is performed in a desk/office environment; however, there may be exposure to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard material in the laboratory environment.
