Your Job

If you''ve spent your career selling technical solutions into Detroit iron, this role was built for you.

This role owns the Stellantis relationship across North America, one of Molex''s most strategic automotive accounts and one of the largest OEM opportunities in the industry.

As an Account Manager, you will lead commercial growth for Stellantis, backed by a global engineering team and one of the broadest connector portfolios in the industry.

This is a growth-first account management role. You''ll set strategy, build relationships across Stellantis'' procurement and engineering organizations, and close new business. You will stay focused on pipeline and growth.

Our Team

Molex is a global leader in connectors and interconnect solutions, and our Transportation Innovative Solutions Group partners with major OEMs worldwide. Our automotive connector portfolio spans:

  • Low Voltage Power & Signal
  • High Speed Data Connectivity
  • Sealed & Unsealed Connectors and Headers
  • Harsh Environment and EMI Shielding Solutions
  • Emerging EV & ADAS platform architectures

That breadth means more doors to open at every customer's visit and a more compelling conversation at every level of the org chart.

As a Koch Industries company, Molex operates under a Principle Based Management (PBM) philosophy: we empower individuals to think like owners, challenge assumptions, and drive long-term value with less bureaucracy and more accountability than you''d find at most large-company competitors.

What You Will Do

You''ll lead all commercial activity for Stellantis OEM accounts in North America, supported by cross-functional teams in engineering, product management, and contracts.

  • Drive account growth through structured opportunity pipeline management and disciplined execution of the Molex sales process
  • Develop and own account strategies built on detailed value propositions, balancing bookings, revenue, and profitability targets
  • Build trusted, multi-level relationships across Stellantis procurement, engineering, and program management
  • Serve as Molex''s primary commercial voice with the customer, leading negotiations, resolving disputes, and ensuring commitments are met
  • Collaborate with global account teams to align strategies and capture platform opportunities across Stellantis worldwide
  • Report regularly on strategic goal progress and take corrective action proactively when targets are at risk

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means expanding Molex content across vehicle platforms, increasing bookings and revenue, and building executive-level relationships that position Molex for future sourcing wins.

The strongest performers will proactively identify growth opportunities, influence customer strategy, and create long-term value for both Stellantis and Molex through disciplined pipeline management and execution.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

We''re looking for an automotive sales professional with experience selling connector technologies, electrical/electronic systems, or other complex automotive hardware into OEM customers.

  • Experience in automotive connector technologies or broader automotive hardware, including ECUs, modules, harness assemblies, electrical/electronic systems, or mechanical enclosures and housings. A strong hardware background with OEM sales experience is equally welcome
  • Strong understanding of automotive OEM sourcing cycles, program launches, production support requirements, and commercial negotiations within North American OEM environments
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships across multiple levels of a major OEM, procurement, engineering, and above
  • Track record of negotiating pricing and contracts and driving deals to closure in a competitive environment

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling customer value propositions for engineering, procurement, and business leaders
  • Prior Tier 1 supplier or OEM-direct experience supporting Stellantis accounts
  • Hands-on knowledge of LV Power & Signal, High Speed, Sealed/Unsealed connector families
  • Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting global customer strategies and coordinating across international sales teams
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM for pipeline and forecast management

Compensation and Career Path

This role provides direct ownership of one of Molex''s highest-profile automotive OEM relationships and offers visibility across global sales, product management, and business leadership teams. This role is your platform, not a ceiling.

Work Environment

This is a Michigan-based role with approximately 25% travel, the majority of which is local to the greater Detroit metro area and some global travel. You''ll spend most of your time close to the customer and close to home.

At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs. This means we openly challenge the status quo, find new ways to create value and get rewarded for our individual contributions. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate''s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. If you have questions, please speak to your recruiter about the flexibility and detail of our compensation philosophy.
