Our client, a leading distributor of Promotional Products and Print solution seeks an experienced Account Manager.

This is a REMOTE position with salary up to $80k
Account Manager responsibilities and duties
  • Develop and oversee customer marketing programs by managing the supply chain of promotional products, print, warehousing and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Sourcing required items for collateral print materials, trade show and promotional products, direct mail and other materials as required.
  • Research product and service solutions, create quotations and develop processes, create standard operating procedures, KPI's (internal and vendor), reporting requirements and frequency to insure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customers and vendors to create and execute marketing programs, website portals, and distribution requirements.
  • Manage customer budgets, approve vendor invoices, prepare customer invoices for products and services supplied.
  • Manage customers brand thru workflow proofing process, press checks, and pre-production approvals coordinated with customer
  • Inventory and financial management thru Enterprise Resource Planning software (Client) and website ordering portal (ACES).
· Manage budget and hit or exceed monthly quota as established by Account Management Supervisor
Account Manager qualifications and skills
· Ability to multi-task between customers and projects
· 5+ years' experience in account management
· Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
· Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills
· Ability to anticipate customers' needs and match them with appropriate products and services
· Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· 2+ years Print and promotional product sourcing experience
