We're looking for an Account Manager who is energized by driving digital projectsfrom concept to completion and excited to build lasting client relationships whilecoordinating cross-functional teams. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping smalland medium-sized businesses succeed-while shaping the future of AI for localeconomies.
Your Impact:As an Account Manager, youll work with internal designers, developers, contentcreators, and clients to:
Manage and oversee the entire web project lifecycle, from initial concept to finaldelivery and ongoing client communication Collaborate with clients via phone and email to gather requirements and developstrategic project plans Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project execution Monitor project progress, address potential issues, and ensure delivery withinscope, budget, and timeline Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders Create compelling website content and optimize for SEO Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure websites meet design andfunctionality requirements Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design anddevelopment Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, improve projectefficiency, and enhance client outcomes Experience working with Figma to collaborate on design workflows and provide

What You Bring to the Table:You bring strong project management skills and a strategic mindset with the ability tocommunicate effectively across teams and with clients. You have:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and content teams Familiarity with CMS platforms and/or website builders A proactive approach to solving technical challenges during the project lifecycle
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools such as Adobe Photoshop orIllustrator Experience with Figma and/or Adobe XD Basic knowledge of WordPress Hands-on experience creating or editing designs in Figma Exposure to AI automation tools
