They may work independently, as part of a team or with a Producer to provide client advocacy, client retention, write new client accounts or lines of coverage as needed. Account Managers are responsible to follow our best practices and broker standards. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Service day to day client needs including, fielding phone calls, email, and other communicationrelativeto coverage questions, policy changes, payments, cancellations, etc. + Manage the execution of all aspects of client renewal process including obtaining updated information, marketing, terms and pricing negotiation, quote review, presentation of renewal numbers to the client where applicable and invoicing + Review quote documents to ensure all insurance requirements are included in quote proposal + Manage client relationship ensuring satisfaction + Manage and delegate work as needed to Assistant Account Managers to ensure their progress and workload is appropriate + Manage relationships with underwriters to ensure positive results for clients, and negotiate coverage with underwriters + Ensure the completionand accuracy ofproposals, binding of coverage, review of policies for accuracy and creation of client policy summaries and binders + Responsible to set up andmaintainelectronicrecords + Use best practices and internal broker standards for service and maintenance of client files and information + Training and collaboration with team members to share and educate on coverage,exposuresand client knowledge + Other duties as assigned **QUALIFICATIONS:** + ???High School or equivalent + P & C Insurance Producer License Required + Twoor moreyears insurance brokerage or property casualty insurance experience in account management role preferred **KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:** + Exceptional customer service skills + Strong reading comprehension and analysis skills + Strong data entry skills + Strong written and oral communication skills + Strong organization and follow up skills + Ability to effectively work in a team environment + Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and internetutilization + Applied EPIC Agency Management System experience preferred but notrequired ? **WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:** + The physical and environmental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The expected salary range for this position is $29-$33/hr depending on geographical location and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
