Account Manager - Outside Sales Rep Phoenix, AZ

Staff Force is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to generate new business and expand relationships with existing accounts. This role is 75% field-based, focused on selling staffing services to industrial, manufacturing, and office-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, and canvassing.
• Set appointments and meet key decision-makers.
• Present staffing solutions and close new business.
• Maintain and grow house accounts.
• Follow up diligently with prospects and clients.
• Represent Staff Force professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years outside sales experience (preferably in professional services).
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Exceptional presentation and closing abilities.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and client-focused.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
