Responsibilities
  • Creating and executing a market specific sales plan that meets or exceeds set sales goals.
  • Optimizing call routes to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency.
  • Being regularly available and responsive to customers' real-time needs.
  • Meeting regularly with customers in sales market to understand their needs.
  • Educating customers on Crawford's value-add offerings.
  • Identifying and pursuing existing customer opportunities.
  • Building long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers.
  • Championing Crawford's brand in the local community.
  • Identifying and executing local marketing activities to enhance presence and grow sales.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
  • Preferred candidate will have 2+ years of industry related experience.
  • Proven track record of consistent achievement of sales goals.
  • Passionate individual with a desire to succeed.
  • Must possess an assertive personality with a high level of energy and a resilient character.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with strong time management and organizational skills.
