We have spent the last 30 years supporting customers of all types and sizes, from coffee shops and restaurants to national chains. With an emphasis on quality, reliability, and customer service, we aim to elevate their beverage programs to the next level. The Account Manager position assists the Channel Sales Manager with daily customer needs, as well as managing house accounts.
The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
Manage a portfolio of accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
Respond to inbound requests and ensure timely, high-quality customer support
Identify opportunities to grow revenue through product recommendations and upselling
Monitor customer activity to spot trends, risks, and retention opportunities
Maintain accurate account data, activity, and pipeline in NetSuite CRM
Support account planning, reporting, and sales strategy execution
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, service, purchasing, finance) to resolve issues
Assist with marketing outreach including product announcements and campaigns
Contribute to improving account management processes and workflows
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer success, or related field preferred.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Ability to analyze customer data and identify sales opportunities.
Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Experience with NetSuite CRM preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and as part of a team.
