As an Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience from initial visit through final delivery.
Your responsibilities include guiding customers through the repair process, gathering vehicle details, providing updates, verifying insurance and rental coverage, processing invoices, scheduling sublet appointments, conducting quality checks, and assisting with insurance approvals and accounts receivable.
You will collaborate with estimators, technicians, and insurance partners to ensure accurate repairs, timely communication, and profitability.
Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, supporting team efforts and additional projects as needed.
This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, 32–40 hours per week.
