Paragon is currently searching for a full-time Account Manager to play a critical role in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and supporting project success from preconstruction through contract execution.
PARAGON specializes in consultation, design, supply, and installation of technical products such as doors, frames, hardware, lighting fixtures, and lighting controls on new hotel projects across the nation. Schedule:
Full-time
Monday to Friday
Typical Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Flex hours and limited WFH
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating, sales, or business development
Experience with doors, frames, and hardware preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze construction documents and collaborate across teams
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify and qualify new bidding opportunities
Review construction documents and deliver bid scope sheets to estimation
Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of proposals to clients
Maintain accurate CRM records for clients and opportunities
Negotiate contracts and secure new business
Review proposals for accuracy in support of the estimation team
Assist project management with change orders and client communication
Support accounts receivable with collections through client interaction
Escalate significant project issues impacting financials or reputation
Assist with marketing, outreach, and business development efforts
Support preconstruction activities alongside project coordinators and team members
Infrequent travel required
