The Staff Pad has partnered with Cadogan Tate, a global leader in fine art logistics, to hire an experienced and client-focused Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-value collections, prestigious clients, and complex logistics projects in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to clients while leading projects from initial consultation through completion.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs to deliver tailored logistics solutions
  • Represent the company at meetings, site visits, and industry events

Project & Operations Leadership

  • Manage domestic and international shipments end-to-end
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, storage, finance)
  • Oversee packing, transport, and installation of high-value items
  • Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and service expectations

Compliance & Documentation

  • Prepare and manage customs and regulatory documentation
  • Ensure compliance with import/export requirements
  • Maintain accurate inventories and shipping documentation

Financial Management

  • Develop quotes and invoices aligned with profitability targets
  • Track project costs and margins
  • Support revenue goals (monthly individual target: $80,000)

Collaboration & Team Support

  • Partner with leadership on complex accounts
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Collaborate across national and international teams

Business Development

  • Grow existing client accounts and identify new opportunities
  • Support marketing and client engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to pricing and service strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of account management experience in fine art logistics, luxury services, design, or similar industries
  • Experience managing high-value client portfolios and complex projects
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and project costing
  • Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Moveware or The Studio is a plus)
