A growing P&C insurance brokerage firm is seeking a skilled and capable Account Executive to manage and service client accounts end-to-end. This role involves researching client needs, structuring appropriate coverage, coordinating with carriers and financial institutions, and ensuring smooth execution of all policies and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned client accounts from intake through closing and ongoing servicing
• Conduct research on clients and their holdings to assess coverage needs
• Recommend and structure appropriate P&C insurance policies
• Interface with insurance carriers, banks, and other third parties on behalf of clients
• Gather, review, and process all required documentation
• Handle negotiations and policy closings
• Track and follow up on all open cases to completion
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal team
• Report updates and progress to management
• Apply best industry practices to ensure strong client outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in P&C insurance
• Strong knowledge of P&C policies and coverage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to research, analyze, and problem-solve
• Motivated, goal-driven, and professional demeanor
• Proficient with computers and standard office systems
