Account Manager P&C Insurance

A growing P&C insurance brokerage firm is seeking a skilled and capable Account Executive to manage and service client accounts end-to-end. This role involves researching client needs, structuring appropriate coverage, coordinating with carriers and financial institutions, and ensuring smooth execution of all policies and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned client accounts from intake through closing and ongoing servicing
- Conduct research on clients and their holdings to assess coverage needs
- Recommend and structure appropriate P&C insurance policies
- Interface with insurance carriers, banks, and other third parties on behalf of clients
- Gather, review, and process all required documentation
- Handle negotiations and policy closings
- Track and follow up on all open cases to completion
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal team
- Report updates and progress to management
- Apply best industry practices to ensure strong client outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in P&C insurance
- Strong knowledge of P&C policies and coverage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to research, analyze, and problem-solve
- Motivated, goal-driven, and professional demeanor
- Proficient with computers and standard office systems
