What You'll Do

Sales & Pipeline Development
• Build and manage a pipeline of new and existing customers
• Make outbound calls to generate orders and identify new opportunities
• Follow up consistently with leads, samples, and prospects

Account Management & Growth
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Identify opportunities to expand product offerings within accounts
• Introduce new products, promotions, and seasonal programs

New Business Development
• Research and open new sales channels, including retailers and distributors
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities

Order Management & Team Collaboration
• Enter and manage orders accurately in CRM/ERP systems
• Maintain detailed account notes and activity tracking
• Work with marketing and operations teams to support product launches and onboarding

Performance & Execution
• Meet activity expectations and manage your pipeline effectively
• Track progress and adjust your approach to improve results

What You Need

• 2+ years of inside sales, account management, or outbound sales experience
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new customers
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM or order management systems preferred
