Partners with Wellness Advocates in helping to build their business success and to stay abreast of corporate affairs.Job ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with Wellness Advocates that encourage and motivateMonitor sales and ensure timely recognition of various levels of achievementProvide accurate and correct understanding and application of dTERRA's compensation planRespond fairly and accurately to questions regarding the compensation planHandle exception requests and represent those requests when neededStrategize with consultants and help them be more effectiveSet up conference calls, send conference call notes, send welcome/congratulatory lettersAssist with other projects and responsibilities as neededManage a group of Wellness Advocates at a specific rank for the region you representJob QualificationsPreferred 1 + Years of ExperienceAbility to establish professional relationships and partner with Wellness AdvocatesOutgoing and positive personality with the ability to communicate effectively, respond to concerns, and strategically solve problemsFamiliarity with dTERRA's compensation plan & proven ability to follow through on assignments and customer needsExperience with the direct selling industry and customer service preferredProficiency in DataTrax required (Training will be provided) & commitment to work full-time preferredAbility to problem solvedoTERRA International, LLC. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
