Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· 5+ years of management experience in facilities, custodial, or service-related industry
· Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple locations or large teams
· Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
· Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
· Experience managing K-12 or higher education accounts
· Knowledge of custodial operations, floor care, and industry best practices
· Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
· Experience in union environments (if applicable)

· Ability to walk sites, perform inspections, and occasionally lift up to 40–50 pounds
