We are looking for an Account Manager - Healthcare and Life Sciences to join our growing team in United States 

Location: East Coast, New York / New Jersey (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing key accounts within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry, with hands-on experience working with or within Healthcare or Lifesciences companies. This is an exciting opportunity to drive client relationships, grow revenue, and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholdersServe as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfactionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growthCollaborate with internal delivery, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure seamless service deliveryDevelop a deep understanding of client needs, business challenges, and strategic goalsPrepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and account reviewsMonitor account performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to leadershipProactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Must haves

1. Prior experience working with or managing Healthcare & Lifesciences accounts.

2. Consulting background

Requirements

Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Account Management or Client Services

Prior experience working with or managing Healthcare & Lifesciences accounts 

Strong understanding of Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industryLocated on the East Coast, preferably in New York or New Jersey

Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level accounts

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to travel locally and regionally as required

Good to Have

Experience in IT Services, QA, or Staffing within the Life Sciences domain

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
