Account Manager – Health Insurance Carrier
Location: Phoenix, AZ Area
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Travel: Local travel throughout the Phoenix area About the RoleEMI Health is looking for an Account Manager in the Phoenix area to support employer groups and brokers. In this role, you’ll build strong client relationships, help with renewals, lead open enrollment meetings, and solve issues to make sure clients have a great experience. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, explaining benefits clearly, and staying organized while managing multiple client needs. What You’ll Do- Serve as the main contact for assigned employer groups and brokers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead open enrollment meetings and explain benefits in a clear, simple way
- Help prepare renewals and review client information
- Research and resolve client questions or concerns
- Travel locally for client meetings and presentations
- Work with internal teams to make sure clients receive timely, accurate support
- Help support client satisfaction and retention

What We’re Looking For- 2+ years of experience in insurance account management, client service, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable presenting to groups
- Able to explain benefit information in a way people can understand
- Organized and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Comfortable reviewing data and making recommendations
- Proactive, dependable, and service-focused
- Comfortable traveling locally throughout the Phoenix area
