Position Summary
Manage rental accounts by providing excellent customer service, selling products, driving account performance, completing deliveries, and conducting collections. Support sales growth and account health by building customer relationships while adhering to company values.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee accounts and maintain customer relationships
• Conduct early-stage collections (1-6 days past due)
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups
• Deliver in-store, phone, and in-home customer service
• Drive sales and generate rental agreements
• Handle merchandise safely and maintain store standards
• Follow safety and operational policies
Qualifications & Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years old, valid driver’s license with good record
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift/move heavy items and drive a box truck
Schedule & Benefits
