The Account Manager at the Morgan Raleigh Agency plays a key role in taking care of our clients and helping our agency grow. This position is all about delivering an outstanding client experience while strengthening relationships within our existing book of business.
In this role, you will review coverages, identify protection gaps, conduct Farmers Friendly Reviews, and introduce additional coverage options that better protect our clients while improving policy density and retention.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Service existing policies including billing questions, vehicle swaps, endorsements, coverage changes, and reinstatements
- Conduct Farmers Friendly Reviews to assess coverage needs and recommend appropriate protection
- Identify cross sell opportunities within the current book including home, umbrella, life, and specialty lines
- Proactively contact mono line clients to round out households
- Work renewal lists to improve retention and prevent shopping
- Document all client interactions accurately and maintain compliance
- Deliver professional, timely follow up on all service requests
Requirements
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Life license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Prior insurance or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and consultative conversation skills
- Comfortable discussing coverage recommendations and asking for the sale
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Self motivated and performance driven
