Boiler Supply Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to develop new business, maintain strong customer relationships, and grow sales within an assigned territory in our Fairburn, GA office. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships and providing technical solutions to customers in the commercial and industrial markets. Our company specializes in boiler and boiler-related equipment sales, service, and repair, with offices in Georgia and Tennessee. Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, facility owners, engineers, and end users.
- Conduct sales presentations and recommend products and services that meet customer needs.
- Follow up on leads and identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system.
- Stay informed on industry trends, boiler systems, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Travel locally to customer locations throughout the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field preferred.
- 3-5 years of outside sales or technical sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of boiler and hydronic systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel approximately 50% locally.
