Position Overview
The Account Manager, Employee Benefits plays a critical role in managing and servicing group employee benefits accounts for businesses. This individual is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, and coordinating all aspects of plan administration. In addition, the Account Manager, Employee Benefits contributes to client retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and policy reviews and assists in growing the book of business through service and working with internal sales team to effectively provide solutions to meet and exceed client needs.

Strong knowledge of group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefit plans; familiarity with benefits compliance regulations; excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with agency management systems; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach with hands or arms, use hands to manipulate objects, handle or feel, and lift items weighing 40 lbs. or less; visual, auditory and speaking skills; valid driver's license is required.
