This role covers a multi-state territory including Oklahoma and Kansas.
Primary responsibilities include growing the dry eye devices business and achieving financial goals by selling innovative products, developing account management skills, and increasing procedure volume.
Key duties involve managing the full sales process—prospecting, qualifying, training, and partnering with practices to enhance dry eye care and profitability, providing product and technical training, and executing strategic business plans.
Collaboration with team members and cross-franchise partners to develop best practices and lead growth initiatives with key accounts is essential.
Managing the territory’s financial budget is also required.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English.
Preferred: Medical device or eye care sales experience.
