Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: Tampa, Florida - On-site
A growing insurance agency seeks an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to deliver exceptional service and manage the renewal processes for small and mid-sized commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee commercial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle renewals, including policy reviews, summaries, binders, certs, proposals etc.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams for efficient workflows.
- Advise clients on coverage options tailored to their needs, while maintain strong relationships.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory updates.
- Use agency management system to streamline operations and keep accurate records.
Qualifications:- 5+ years in commercial insurance account management, ideally in an independent agency.
- Active 220 license.
- Expertise in commercial insurance products and coverages.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
