Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and service a mid-market book of business averaging $600K–$700K in revenue.
This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment and values long-term stability, structured processes, and strong carrier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and service a $600K–$700K commercial lines book of business
  • Act as primary day-to-day contact for client service needs
  • Handle renewals, policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and coverage reviews
  • Market accounts as needed and negotiate with carriers
  • Collaborate closely with Producers and internal service teams
  • Maintain strong carrier relationships
  • Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely processing
  • Identify cross-sell or coverage gap opportunities
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
  • Active Oregon Property & Casualty (P&C) License
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial coverages (GL, Property, Auto, Umbrella, Workers Comp, etc.)
  • Experience managing mid-market accounts
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and renewal cycles
