The Account Manager is responsible for driving customer growth and retention through proactive account management, relationship building, and business development. This role manages a strategic book of business, identifies sales opportunities, supports customer onboarding and satisfaction, and serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure service excellence and account profitability.Schedule:Monday-Friday during normal business hours, with occasional evening/weekend hours as needed to fulfil the requirements of the job.
