Customer Service Representative (Order Entry & Sales Support) Description:
- Manage incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and online chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Accurately enter, process, and track quotes and sales orders using internal systems (ERP experience a plus)
- Review and approve orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely fulfillment
- Provide responsive customer support by resolving issues, answering questions, and recommending solutions
- Monitor order status and proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, warehouse, and distribution to support smooth operations
- Experience in customer service, account management, order entry, or sales support
- Background in distribution or warehouse environments preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
