As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, ensuring high quality service delivery, and identifying opportunities for additional work. This role is focused on client retention, satisfaction, and growth within an existing customer base.

Team Member Responsibilities - What You''ll Do
Manage and service an existing portfolio of client accounts
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact
Ensure client satisfaction by working closely with operations teams on service delivery
Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and additional services
Recommend and sell additional work based on client needs and property opportunities
Drive client retention, renewals, and overall account growth
Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Generate referrals and support new business opportunities
Maintain accurate account and activity records in CRM systems
Requirements - What We''re Looking For
3-5 years of experience in account management, client service, or B2B sales
Experience in the landscaping or green industry preferred, but not required
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage expectations
Experience identifying opportunities and selling additional services within existing accounts
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle client concerns and navigate challenging situations professionally
Experience working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
