About the Role

As a CBRE Account Management Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of a client account, including operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for the client and lead a cross-functional team to ensure contract compliance, service delivery, and continuous improvement. This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client relationship management.

What You'll Do

Client & Account Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
  • Lead regular business reviews and performance discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and add value.
  • Ensure contractual commitments, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently achieved or exceeded.

Operations Management

  • Oversee delivery of integrated facilities management services (hard and soft services).
  • Ensure operational excellence across all services, including maintenance, workplace experience, and vendor management.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery across functions.

Financial & Commercial Oversight

  • Manage account P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for account growth and additional services.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to contract terms.

People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing account team.
  • Set performance objectives, provide coaching, and oversee talent development.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with all CBRE policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to EHS programs.
  • Oversee risk mitigation strategies and business continuity planning.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in facilities management, account management, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and leading service delivery teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results in a matrixed organization.
