Are you passionate about driving transformational growth for Amazon"s most strategic Selling Partners (SPs)? Sales of products by 3rd Party SPs on Amazon"s store represent more than half of units sold, and our New Seller Success (NSS) business is growing fast. Our Growth Sales Team supports strategic new US Domestic SPs across all product categories, driving billions annually through sophisticated growth strategies and advanced program adoption.

The US Softlines/Sports & Outdoors (F2) Growth Sales team is seeking an experienced Account Growth Representative (AGR II) to accelerate the success of our most strategic Selling Partners. You will work with high-potential sellers during their first 12 months of selling on Amazon through tailored coaching and problem solving, eliminating obstacles to allow our SPs to scale as quickly as possible.

As an AGR II, you will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, developing and executing comprehensive growth plans tailored to each seller"s unique business objectives. Working in collaboration with your peers, other Account Representatives, and NA Sales Leadership, your primary goal is to maximize revenue growth and key growth program adoption for your assigned portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep marketplace expertise to unlock new opportunities and drive measurable business outcomes.

A successful Growth Sales Representative is a strategic thinker, consultative seller, and trusted business partner who excels in complex, fast-paced, complex environments. They possess deep knowledge of ecommerce and brand building, and they demonstrate the ability to influence senior-level decision makers. Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies are essential.

  • Drive adoption of advanced growth programs including Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, Deals, and other premium services
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and develop data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Advertising, Marketing, Category teams, and other internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and account documentation within Salesforce, including opportunity management and prioritizing multiple seller growth needs
  • Collect and synthesize Voice-of-Seller feedback to influence product roadmaps and programmatic improvements
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and marketplace expertise
  • Represent the NSR Growth team in cross-functional initiatives and leadership forums

About the Company

A

Amazon.com Inc

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
