Role Overview: Maintain and expand market share by delivering exceptional customer service and providing proactive, strategic account management across assigned clients. Analyze, coordinate, and oversee client service needs, including claims handling, loss data management, cost-containment initiatives, and billing and collections support. Lead contract renewal negotiations while ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration to meet client expectations and service standards. Identify and develop growth opportunities by promoting additional services to existing clients, supporting retention and expansion of high-visibility programs.
